Best in town, a local favorite and a must go to for Dancing & Karaoke

The Fat Toad Pub, 1409 O Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, has been a downtown Lincoln hot-spot for many years! Many people don’t know this, but the building used to serve as a bank many years ago downtown and has since moved on to different purposes.

The bar offers a large dance floor with weekend DJ’s on the top and bottom floors, 3 separate bars for customers, pool tables and dart boards are available. The bar has recently added Karaoke on Tuesday nights! It attracts patrons of all ages but is a University of Nebraska student staple.

Some of the reviews of the weekend DJ’s are mixed however if you want to dance, like to dance, and fun is your objective, it can be done all night long! The bar staff is courteous, helpful, and willing to help make it a positive experience anytime you visit!

Tuesday Night Karaoke is done during a rough night of the week. Many of the bars in downtown Lincoln are not open, therefore some of the college students choose to stay close to home. The people that do come out, find it a fun environment, with fantastic drink specials, a fantastic karaoke DJ, and great bartenders to make the night a laid back, fun time!
