Front Porch Reflections!

Saturday July Afternoon and I am sitting on my front porch enjoying the last Saturday I won’t work until next January and thinking about all the crazy things in the past 20 years that led me to this point today!

In 2003, I had planned on staying single the rest of my life…..that plan blew up in 2009! I planned on leaving Lincoln in 2005…..here I sit! God had a plan for me that I never could have foreseen! Possibly doing weddings and leading people on a path that life and marriage cannot be taken for granted is my way of making up for the things that happened in the first 40 years of my life, who knows! Any way it is, I couldn’t be more thankful for the way it turned out, the friendships I’ve made along the way, and my decision to stay in a Lincoln and pursue the life I now have!

I know at times your wedding reception may not turn out quite the way you plan it to go! There are many things that CAN go wrong, face it! We do our best and have always strived to give your guests the best time we possibly can and based on how many referral weddings we do, something must be working well! Until I can clone myself, which my wife is firmly NOT a fan of, by the way, I cannot be the DJ at every wedding as we DJ many of them every year! One of these days I will be forced to semi-retire and sit at home and book gigs and send minions out to do them! Holding off on that as long as I can!

To close…I would like to thank you very much for many years! Keep sending your friends to us! We will do our best to begin your new life as husband and wife on a very positive and happy note!
